NBC Sports' Peter King also believes the Texans will use the Franchise Tag on star defensive player Jadeveon Clowney but is "skeptical" of the team's chances at signing Clowney to a long-term deal. King added that Clowney is not the "worker bee" that some other Texans defensive players are but did say Clowney has proven to be a productive player in the league.
