A Live Break is a way to win Mystery Boxes for a fraction of the cost.

They're most popular in the sports memorabilia and trading card industry where a host opens a box, case, or specific piece of memorabilia on a live video stream.

Instead of buying the entire box yourself, you purchase a "spot" in the break for a fraction of the cost. For example, in our 8-spot NFL divisional break, participants are randomly assigned one of the 8 NFL divisions using a randomizer. When the item is revealed on the live stream, the person whose assigned division matches the team of the player on the memorabilia wins the item!

Live breaks are a fun, cost-effective way for collectors to chase high-value, authentic autographed items without paying full price, though it operates as a game of chance and winning an item is not guaranteed.

All of our items at Ultimate Autographs are authenticated by third party vendors and come with a certificate of authenticity to prove that these items are 100% authentic and signed by the player.

Many of these companies are transitioning from physical certification cards to QR code stickers to immediately scan and confirm the items authenticity. A representative of one of these companies witnesses the signings:

Any players that are located in Canada, Alaska and Hawaii are considered Noncontiguous and will have a Noncontiguous State Fee invoice (due to government tariff policies)emailed to them if their spot is a winner.  These invoices must be paid for shipment of the item to proceed.  These invoices must be paid 30 days from the date they are sent out.  Any invoices not paid will result in the item being forfeited and returned to inventory.

Most payments that are declined are due to invalid information between the card info and what is being entered.  If you do not receive an order confirmation with an order number your payment did not go through and was declined.  These charges drop off after 2-4 business days back to the original method of payment.  We recommend you contact your card company to confirm all information is accurate and updated.

If at any point Ultimate Autographs believes a user is misusing the program (fraud, abuse of point system, hacking, etc.) Ultimate Autographs reserves the right to delete an account (thus removing all tier status, perks, and promised rewards) at their discretion and without any explanation to the account holder.

If your spot is a winner, you will receive an email detailing what item you won and in which break.  48 hours after the break takes place our warehouse will send out an email with tracking information.

If you bought into a break and are not available to watch the break live, we've got you! Every Ultimate Autographs break is recorded and archived on YouTube.

Ultimate Autographs accepts returns or refunds on damaged or defective items within 60 days of purchase. Please contact customerservice@ultimateautographs.com for assistance.
