Daily responsibilities: 

• Identify inefficiencies & issues... solve them forever.
• Creating & executing business processes.
• Leading, managing, and holding the team accountable.
• Managing inventory.
• Forecasting, budgeting, purchasing.

Experience: 

• Success record at leading & managing a team. (Minimum 1 year experience).
• Track record of financial competency: We run the business by the numbers.  (Minimum 1 year experience overseeing budgets and financial statements).
