New customers get back what they pay for the live break spots in their first order, as store credit, up to $400. Here's how it works.

Who qualifies

  • You've never placed an order with Ultimate Autographs. The offer is for your first order only.
  • One match per person and household. We check email addresses, phone numbers, shipping and billing addresses and other account details, and we won't issue the credit to a new account that matches an existing customer.
  • Orders placed in US dollars at ultimateautographs.com.

How much you get

  • We match the price of the live break spots in your first order, after all discounts (including discount codes), rounded up to the next whole dollar. For example, $93.50 of live break spots gets you $94 in store credit.
  • The most you can get is $400, even if you spend more on live breaks.
  • There's no minimum. Any live break spot counts.
  • Only live break spots are matched. Digital Mystery Boxes, Mystery Boxes, Marketplace items and all other products aren't, but you can still buy them in the same order.
  • Shipping, taxes and gift card purchases aren't matched.
  • It has to be your first order. Live breaks in later orders aren't matched.

Your credit

  • Your store credit is added to your account as soon as payment for your first order goes through. We'll email you when it's ready.
  • To use it, sign in at checkout with the email address from your first order. Your credit shows up there as a way to pay.
  • Use it on live break spots, Digital Mystery Boxes and anything else in our store. You can spread it across more than one order.

When it expires

YOUR PROMOTIONAL STORE CREDIT EXPIRES 90 DAYS AFTER IT IS ISSUED, AT 11:59 PM CENTRAL TIME ON THE EXPIRATION DATE SHOWN IN YOUR CREDIT EMAIL. ANY UNUSED BALANCE IS REMOVED AT THAT TIME.

Cancellations and refunds

  • If your first order is cancelled, the store credit from it is removed from your account.
  • If some of the live break spots in it are refunded, your credit is reduced to match the spots you kept, rounded up to the next dollar and up to $400.
  • If you've already used credit that would be removed, we may subtract that amount from your refund.

The fine print

  • This is promotional store credit. It has no cash value, can't be exchanged for cash, and can't be transferred, sold or moved to another account.
  • We may hold back or remove credit if we see fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts or orders placed only to collect the offer.
  • The offer starts October 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM Central Time. We may change or end it at any time. That won't affect credit already on your account.
